Finish Line provides better water quality for future generations
Water quality is important to us all, whether we swim, eat seafood, enjoy fishing or simply want a glass of water out of the tap, clean water is essential to our health and well being. Our staff is committed to playing a positive role in achieving water quality.
Kristen S. Pruitt
Owner and President, Kristen has over 25 years experience in the land development and residential/commercial construction industry. Many projects are adjacent to the National Park Service in the historic Chancellorsville Battlefield and in the Rappahannock River watershed. Many of these sites contain civil war earthworks which require sensitive construction practices. Prior to her start in construction she worked in public accounting with firms in Washington, D.C. and Fredericksburg, Va. She has a B.S. degree in Accounting and Economics from Shepherd University located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Kristen is a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a Class A CBC/HH/RBC license and is OSHA-30 certified.
Ike Flagg, Jr.
Ike has been managing the installation of various stream restoration projects, clean ups, stormwater management and biofilters since 2005 for Finish Line Construction Inc. Prior to his employment at Finish Line Construction Inc. he worked for Virginia Department of Transportation for eleven years as an inspector in Permits and Subdivision Land Development Department. Previous to VDOT he worked for several private contractors in the Fredericksburg area. Ike is qualified to perform SWPPP inspections, carries a CDL, RLD, OSHA-30 certification, ASHI-First Aid certification, VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Traffic Control & Flagging, VDOT Erosion & Sediment Control Contractor certification, and Stream Bank Repair certification.
Frank Pruitt
Frank brings to Finish Line experience across multiple domains of the construction industry. Prior to his start at Finish Line Environmental, he worked at Kiewit Corporation for several years as a field engineer, and project engineer within the oil, gas, and chemical markets. Frank’s experience entails managing construction budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and analyzing production data for schedule intensive projects. He has a B.S. degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Frank is qualified to perform SWPPP inspections and currently holds the following certificates and licenses: Class A Contractors H/H, Stream Bank Repair Certification, Class A CDL, RLD, VDOT flagger certification, VDOT Erosion & Sediment Control Contractor, OSHA-30, and ASHI-First Aid certifications.
